Delivery Policy
Grampian Fasteners will make every effort to deliver your goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and within the time stipulated.
NB: The information featured on this page only relates to online orders made through grampianfasteners.com.
Delivery Prices
For online orders amounting to £100 or more, there is no delivery charge, whilst, for orders that amount to less than £100, there is a standard fee - between £3.50 and £6.50 + VAT (mainland UK only) - to cover the cost of administration, postage and packaging.
For deliveries to Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland charges will be calculated on each individual order. Please contact us prior to ordering.
Order value less than £100: Delivery charge = £3.50 to £6.50 +VAT
Order value greater than £100: Delivery charge = Free

Delivery Method / Address
Your goods will be normally be delivered by APC Overnight.
We´ll deliver direct to you, to your customer or to site. It´s easy to add another delivery address to your account, just select deliver to a different address or person when you´re checking out or go to My Account, where you can manage your address list. All addresses will be saved & available to pick every time you order.
Delivery Dates / Times
Orders received before 2:30pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery where the items are in stock. If we experience any delays in receiving stock from any of our suppliers we will keep you informed.
Returns
Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Cancellations
A cancellation can be made at any time via phone or email (sales@grampianfasteners.com) from point of order up to the time it is despatched.

Section 6
6.1
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any estimated delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shallnot be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred bythe Buyer or any other person or Company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The Goods maybedelivered by the Seller in advance of the quoted delivery date upon giving reasonable notice to the Buyer.
6.2
Notification of delivery may be made by telephone call/message, email, fax or by post on the due date.
6.3
A carrier’s first attempt to deliver shall be considered as the delivery date and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Seller alldeliveries can take place up until 6 pm.
6.4
Unless otherwise agreed the Seller may deliver by instalments and in such case each instalment shall be treated as a separate contract and any delay,default or non-delivery in respect of any instalment by the Seller shall not entitle the Buyer to cancel the remainder of the contract.
6.5
Failure by the Buyer to pay for any instalments or delivery when due shall entitle the Seller to with hold any further deliveries and the Buyer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Seller relating to such Goods.
6.6
Delivery ofthe Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address and the Buyer shall make arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they aretendered for delivery.
6.7
If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods or fails to give the Seller adequate delivery instructions at the time stated for delivery (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the Buyer’s reasonable control) then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the Seller, the Seller may:
6.7.1
store the Goods until actual delivery and charge the Buyer for the reasonable costs (including insurance) of storage; or
6.7.2
sell the Goods at the best price readily obtainable and (after deducting all reasonable storage and selling expenses) account to the Buyer for the excess over the price under the contract or charge the Buyer for any shortfall below the price of the contract.
6.8
The method of despatch for all sales shall be at the Seller’s discretion.
6.9
A delivery insurance charge, as published from time to time, shall beadded to orders at the Seller’s discretion and is non-refundable.
